Groz-Beckert Phase 2 is invested by Groz-Beckert from Germany. The project was designed and constructed to European standards, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 250 km/h.
In 2022, the project was honored with the High-Quality Construction Work Certification from the Ministry of Construction, affirming outstanding construction capability, rigorous technical standards, and a strong commitment to delivering sustainable value to the investor.
