With the slogan WORK HARD – PLAY HARD, all the members of DINCO E&C family had a fun trip with extremely interesting experiences.

Temporarily leaving the crowded and busy Da Nang, after moving more than 1 hour, our delegation was present at Thanh Tam Beach Resort, checking in and resting in preparation for the bloody Team Building in the afternoon of the same day. Team Building is the conquest of challenges for each color, showing the union spirit of DINCO E&C. There, no longer “you”, “I”, but only “we, us”. Five “teams” were established, unique names and slogans were called up, the teams worked together and “hatch” to completet the games acquiring the maximum ability of creativity, skills of handling situations and especially the solidarity and unanimity among the team members such as: Military commanders, Rowing on land; Conquering the peak; Bringing water to the source ….

The highlight of the activity of Team Building program “Connecting strength – reaching success” of DINCO E&C was Gala Dinner party “Happy day without distance” which was extremely exciting, emotional, impressive and monumental.

After the end of the Gala party, Dinco’s members continued to hold hands and gather around the “Warm of friendship” fire located right on the beach. The fire was burning, the singing lyrics sounded out to show more clearly the “enthusiasm flame” of Dinco E&C Team.

Company Trip this year left many good memories and impressions in the hearts of the employees of DINCO E&C. It is also a practical activity to increase affection as well as solidarity and attachment among employees and between employees and company. Going through such meaningful “recharges”, the working spirit and dedication of DINCO E&C employees have become more abundant.

With each year passing, the timeline of DINCO E&C has welcomed more and more important milestones marking the maturity of the company.
