The ICT Vina III Manufacturing Plant – Phase 1 has currently reached 60% of total construction progress, maintaining its schedule with a strong focus on efficiency and strict quality control.

Interior finishing works are being accelerated, including the installation of panel walls, fire-rated glass partitions, and liquid floor finishing. At the same time, areas are being handed over in phases to facilitate MEP system installation, ensuring smooth coordination across all construction activities.

Each completed milestone brings the project closer to handover, preparing for the upcoming operational phase.
