In the morning of March 10^th 2017, Sun Frontier Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Dinco Corporation solemnly held the groundbreaking of Garden Tower Project, locating on Vo Van Kiet Street, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. This project is invested by Sun Frontier Vietnam Co., Ltd and will be constructed and finished within 26 months.

Garden Tower is built on the land with total area of 2100m2, including 2 basements and 28 storeys. For the last 6 months, Dinco has worked with the Owner in studying and providing optimal solutions and reasonable budget for the project. And the groundbreaking today is one of the significant milestones marking the official cooperation between two parties.

The groundbreaking ceremony was conducted with solemn and sufficient rituals in the witness of the Representatives of Da Nang City leaders: Mr. Lam Quang Minh – Director of Da Nang Foreign Affairs Department, Mr. Le Tu Gia Thanh – Director of Da Nang Planning Institute; Representatives of the Owner: Mr. Tomoaki Horiguchi – President-CEO of Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd, Mr. Takayuki Morri – CEO of Sun Frontier Vietnam Co., Ltd; Representative of Contractor: Mr. Le Truong Ky – President-CEO of Dinco Corporation; and all invited guests to the ceremony.

On behalf of Dinco Corporation, Mr. Le Truong Ky committed to the Owner that Dinco shall use all resources to successfully complete the Project as the set progress, ensuring all requirements on quality and aesthetic. At the same time, Dinco will always accompany with the Owner in the work of warranty and maintenance after acceptance and handover of project, implementing Dinco’s top goal of bringing satisfaction to Clients.
