On September 10th, 2024, Ground-Breaking Ceremony of Hiyori Aqua Tower was solely held in Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra Distrist, Da Nang City. The event was attended by Mr. Hồ Kỳ Minh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee cum Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City.
