This morning, November 9, 2023, DINCO E&C successfully organized the Ground-breaking & Start Ceremony of Da Nang Landmark Commercial Center & High-class Apartment Complex Project – Test Pile Item. The project is invested by Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company.

Da Nang LandMark is the first Japanese-standard high-class apartment complex with Han River view in Da Nang, including twin towers which are 31-storey PHOENIX tower and 39-storey DRAGON tower. The project has 2 basements with the total of 446 high-class apartment units and 8 shophouses.

The project has been licensed by Da Nang Department of Construction for the construction of pile pressing and static pile compression testing. It is expected that the Da Nang Landmark high-class apartment project will be issued with the construction permit in late December 2023, and officially begin construction in early January 2024.

The project is constructed by DINCO E&C as the general contractor for the following items: Structure, finishing and MEP with the schedule of 32 months.
