The Mahang Dung Quat Yarn & Fabric Manufacturing Plant Project, invested by MH Textile Vietnam Co., Ltd. (China), is located in VSIP Industrial Park, Tinh Phong Commune, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province. The project officially commenced on February 11, 2025, with a total construction scale of approximately 60,000 square meters, meeting stringent requirements in terms of technical standards, construction quality, and operational performance of a modern manufacturing facility.

Notably, the project is backed by a 10-year waterproofing warranty and a 5-year legal warranty, demonstrating Dinco E&C’s strong design and construction capabilities, long-term responsibility, and commitment to delivering maximum confidence and peace of mind to the investor throughout the operation and utilization of the facility.

2. AMAZING ECOTECH TEXTILE Quang Ngai Factory Project

The AMAZING ECOTECH TEXTILE Quang Ngai Factory Project, invested by Amazing Ecotech Textile Co., Ltd. (China), is located in VSIP Industrial Park, Tinh Tho Commune, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province. The project features a total gross floor area of over 82,000 square meters and is designed and constructed as a modern manufacturing facility, meeting high standards in engineering, functionality, and operational efficiency.

The project is backed by Dinco E&C’s 10-year waterproofing warranty, providing long-term assurance and peace of mind for the investor throughout the operation and use of the facility.

3. ICT Vina III Manufacturing Plant – Phase 1 Project

The ICT Vina III Manufacturing Plant – Phase 1 Project is invested by ICT Vina Dentium Da Nang Co., Ltd., a member of the Dentium Group (South Korea)—one of the world’s leading corporations in the field of implants and medical devices. ICT Vina III is notably Vietnam’s first high-tech hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing plant, constructed within the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park.

This is a large-scale, key strategic project, playing a significant role in the development of clean fuel cell technology and contributing to the advancement of green, environmentally friendly energy solutions for the future.

4. Ferrum Vietnam New Materials Factory Project

The Ferrum Vietnam New Materials Factory Project, with Dinco E&C serving as the Design & Build main contractor, is located in the Sai Gon – Chan May Industrial Park and Non-Tariff Zone, Vinh Loc Commune, Hue City. Ferrum is a company specializing in the research, manufacturing, and commercialization of electronic components made from magnetic materials and ceramics, with products widely applied across key sectors such as telecommunications, computing, industrial manufacturing, and automotive electronics.

Given the high-tech nature of the industry, the project imposed stringent requirements in terms of design solutions, engineering standards, and construction quality. Leveraging its extensive experience and proven reputation across numerous industrial projects, Dinco E&C successfully met all rigorous technical criteria, delivering the project on schedule, while ensuring safety and superior quality performance.

5. Da Nang Landmark Tower

Da Nang Landmark Tower is a high-end residential complex developed to Japanese standards, comprising two towers: the PHOENIX Tower (31 floors) and the DRAGON Tower (39 floors). The project features two basement levels, a total of 446 premium apartments, and 8 shophouses.

A defining highlight of the development is its exceptional disaster-resilience, particularly against typhoons. The complex is designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 225 km/h, offers seismic resistance up to level 7, and meets the highest fire safety standards, ensuring maximum safety and long-term peace of mind for residents.
