On this morning of June 15th, DINCO E&C as General Design & Build Contractor had a launch ceremony for Z-Wovens Quang Ngai Fabric Manufacturing factory project at Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) in Tinh Tho commune, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province.
