The project is invested by QUICORNAC Co., Ltd., (Ecuador) the supervising unit is Polycons. DINCO E&C acts as Design and construction general contractor, with a construction investment area of 3 hectares, total contract value of more than VND 55 billion, and construction period of 225 days.
