As part of the strategic plan for talent development in the period of 2018 – 2019; On 27 and 28 October 2018, DINCO E&C organized a training course on communication and negotiation skills for key personnel and engineers of the company.

Training course was directly taught by Dr. Thai Tri Dung – Head of Department of Management Psychology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.

Through the class, trainees have equipped themselves with useful knowledge of communication and negotiation skills. In addition, the experience sharing of DINCO E&C BOD members from practical situations contributed to the success of the course.

In the near future, DINCO E&C will continue to implement training activities and consider the human resource investment as the focus of our strategy to become a leading enterprise in Vietnam in the field of general construction.
